I help people and small businesses file for bankruptcy relief. I handle Chapter 7 and 13 cases for individuals and Chapter 12 reorganizations for farmers. I also help discharge student loans in bankruptcy.

I help children and parents in juvenile court in Iowa. I represent kids accused of delinquent acts and parents and kids involved in abuse and neglect Child in Need of Assistance cases.
